Brett Clark

is an award-winning Interior Designer and a Columbia College Chicago alumnus with a BFA in Interior Architecture. After graduating, Brett sought out opportunities in many areas of the industry, including residential and commercial design, custom furniture-making and Kitchen & Bath design. These experiences gave him the expertise to approach design projects of any scope and scale.

Originally from St. Louis, Brett returned to collaborate with architects, contractors and tradesmen on residential projects such as historic renovations, remodels, custom home construction, and commercial projects like restaurant build outs and luxury apartment building design. With his professional background, Brett removes the fear that can accompany such ambitious projects and make the process smoother for his clients.

Ellen Lancia

is a talented interior designer and project manager based in St. Louis, MO. After attending Fontbonne University, she began her career in the fashion industry but eventually followed her passion for Interior Design. She has successfully taken on projects both locally and around the country. With a wealth of experience in project and construction management, Ellen knows the ins-and-outs of the industry, staying up to date on current trends while specializing in timeless design.

Ellen is the ideal partner for any home renovation project – not only will she bring her keen eye for detail, but she’ll become a friend along the way, ensuring projects remain well managed and organized. For her, it’s all about creating a home interior that reflects her client’s family and lifestyle.

Let’s connect! First, we get to know each other, the project, your needs, and goals. We define the scope of work, discuss ideas, and outline the next steps for your project. We work to create a fun and collaborative process where your ideas can be explored, refined, and elevated based on your personal tastes.

Conceptualize, Compose, & Review

Now concepts come into focus by composing a detailed plan of action to transform your interior. Floor plans, modeling and renderings are produced, while finishes, fabrics, furniture, and fixtures are specified. With design presentations throughout this process, we work closely with you to determine every detail.

Coordinate

Contractors, Communication, & Project Management

We leverage our industry relationships to bring together a team of experts for your project. Working directly with these professionals to manage their services and ensure the design deliverables are executed. Your design team conducts regular site-visits and is in constant communication with all necessary team members to ensure efficiency and that timelines are being met.
